Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, located in the spiritual city of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, is one of the most revered Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the holiest of Shiva temples, and holds immense religious significance for devotees across India and the world. The temple stands on the western bank of the holy river Ganga, and visiting it is considered to grant spiritual liberation (moksha).

Originally destroyed and rebuilt several times, the current structure was commissioned by Ahilyabai Holkar of Indore in 1780. The temple is known for its magnificent architecture, gold-plated spire, and spiritual aura.
